So much debate goes on when we decide to make Chardonnay.  Part of the cellar crew want a trip back to the Golden 80's, they're the ones trying to control the radio in the winery.  They also want big bold buttery Chardonnay. Then there's the more balanced, considerate and refined fans of a restrained and delicate Chardonnay juice.

No one side won and what we have here is mix of new and old French oak, aged gracefully over many months.  Ready to drink now, or keep for a little while, rip into this.

Naturally we reckon it pairs up with all foods, we'll drink Chardonnay every day all day, but this one naturally leans towards a bit of spice or fish or that thing called salad.

Get into it, buy a lot because you'll want more after just one bottle, and we ain't got much we only made two barrels.
